Book by Mel Brooks & Thomas Meehan, Music & Lyrics by Mel Brooks
Director Kirk Mouser, Vocal Director Janet Lindsley

Mel Brooks is surely the zaniest comic genius ever, and in the musical version of his hit
movie The Producers, we see just how zany he really is. Who would have thought that a musical
with the song Springtime for Hitler would prove to be an all time Broadway classic!
The play is a huge success and won twelve Tony Awards, more than any other before it.
Clark College is thrilled to be able to bring it to our stage.

Writer and composer Jon Lorenz has created a modern, upbeat, rock musical for all ages. You'll meet familiar characters like the Cheshire Cat, Mad Hatter, and the Red Queen…with a twist. Alice tumbles into Wonderland and has all manner of adventure. She meets up with air-guitar playing Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, battles a ferocious Jabberwock, and is serenaded by a White Knight and his merry band.
"The time has come, the Walrus said," to get your ticket and tumble with Alice and the gang into Wonderland.

Based on the Academy-Award winning animated feature, the stage version of Disney's Beauty and the Beast includes all of the wonderful songs written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice.
Audiences will be transported to the heart of provincial life in a lovely French town. When Maurice becomes lost in the woods on the way to the fair, he seeks shelter in an old castle, but the master of the castle is a horrible beast that takes him captive.
Maruice's daughter, Belle, must then give up her freedom to save his life. Belle's taming of the unfortunate Beast and his ultimate transformation back into a handsome prince enthralled Broadway audiences for over 13 years.
This "tale as old as time" is a delightful story for children, young and old.
